Murder.

That would be up to the judge to decide. As there are no precedent to this case, and since current law only goes to cloning is illegal but is silent on an acutal clone, an interpretation would be required, otherwise the case would be dismissed as you have not done anything against the law, since a clone is not bound by current laws as clones simply do not exist, and is techniqually an illegal citizen (???).

However, assuming it went to court, the judge would then have to consider the meaning of MURDER, and whether the clone counts as a separate being, a sentient being who despite being techniqually non-existance should be protected by the laws of that country. You would have to proof that the clone does not exist, both legally and in essence, as it is you, and that you should have full control over yourself, such that if your brain ever leaves your skull by accident, your body remains you, rather than the mind, and that in this case it is exactly the same. While you are there and here, you can only be here because you are here, and that the person standing there is merely a copy of you, made from you. It is a part of you that was given the chance to grow, but nevertheless a part of you, and that the killing of a part of you is not murder. If successful, the judge most likely will consider you a danger to yourself, and order you to get some help.

The prosecution will have to proof that you have in fact killed a sentient, living being, even though he is you. That despite origination from a cell in you, it has grown to become a man in his own rightm, not unlike babies, grown from 2 halves of 2 people's DNA but is now legally considered living, independent human beings, assuming they are 18 (17, 21, whatever).

If I was the judge, I would rule that despite being born from you, the clone has become a sentient, living being who can live on its own without support from you (assuming so), and that the killing of such a being qualifies as murder, the intentional killing of another person. Though he may be you, he has shown the ability to live a life that is not of yours, and hence should be considered another person, and that the killing of such a person is not onto you, since you do not feel, nor suffer directly from it. Thus, I find you guilty of 1st/2nd degree murder/manslaughter, and blah blah blah.

If it is a living person it is murder. Suicide would b if you kill yourself rather than your clone.

Murder. Your clone is a separate and unique individual, with his/her own life.

I would say murder... Even though a clone is an exact copy, they are still a separate entity.
