Only minutes? Dont think so. A guy should try to learn to make love 1st. there are no time limits. You work to the point where you almost climax, then slow it down so it builds up in yourself and your partner. Timing for the both of you is very important. No girl wants to get worked up and then wham it is all done because the guy came too soon. Where is the satisfaction for her? Guys should smarten up. If they ever want to be with the same lady again, then make sure that LADY is just as satisfied before you drop your load.

Unfortunately, not long. 2 to 4 minutes at best. It can be delayed, but it takes an incredible amount of concentration to delay one.
And what's even worse is if a guy delays it for too long, the end result can either be a less satisfying orgasm, or even worse going limp and not being able to satisfy anyone at all. Honestly.

that depends on whether i am in a rush or not, any thing from 5 min to 2 hours with control
