Never. people who feel the need are simply ignorant. They feel tough, or big when they use it. They don't have the brain power or the vocabulary to use other, more human, words to express themselves. I find people that stoop to using that word boorish and uneducated. Look in the mirror and say the word. Does it make you feel big? If so, why don't you get drunk and go for a drive and end your pain.

Used it now and then in teens and as young adult...like many here, but outgrew it and learned other ways to express myself that aren't offensive to anyone. Works way better. So...I don't use it any more. I DO occasionally say freaking, flicking, flapping, etc...lol.
