When you are happy and things start to go well in your life your neighbours and friends and sometimes even your family start to try and make life difficult for you. Can they not just be happy for you or is it because of jealousy or maybe because they are unhappy in their life. Any thoughts on this?

Why do you think we admire rich and famous people, it is not only because of their comfortable life style, it is because that we realize that they are people who are or had to become resilient to the jealousy of the world.
It is not easy being better or having more that others, but you have to show straight, the same strength you invested into attaining your wealth and success and rise above it! You owe that to yourself otherwise you won’t be happy despite everything you have. Don’t give in and remember envy is their deadly sin (by the way, I am not religious) not yours.

It is jealousy people generally want to be on top be the best and unfortunatly all too often they cant cope with others doing better than them. It is similar ion some ways to bullying and critising others, by pushing others down they feel they are better than them or that they look better.
Just try to ignor them and enjoy the things that are going well for you.

yeah its jealousy they want what other people have, maybe there life isnt going great at the time or they always want to be better than everyone else.

They say good people are supose to have bad times to appreciate the good. Even if people around you have a bitter and / or bad attitude towards you, just keep smiling. Sure, at first it will seem difficult then the 'people' will get over it or if they tend to hold grudges you will get used to it. Either way, welcome to the real world of good people.

people are always judge mental and worst has this so called "CRAB MENTALITY.They don't want their peers to grow or get a good life a good job a better living...they want that person to be the same as them cos they think he/she will be better than them,and they will be inferior to him/her.That's why they make things hard by discouraging and disappointing that person.Ignore them do your own.Its for you own future and if u believe u can go for it...Never mind critics think of it as challenge.
