I checkt driverguide.com and all i found was an update from the BenQ original site..... :(

Download the firmware update and run it. Be extremely careful because if you do it incorrectly, you can permanently damage your DVDRW drive. Read the instructions. By updating the firmware, you're essentially change the DVD drive's embedded program and driver.

BenQ sucks when it comes to customer support. I have the BenQ DQ60 and it doesn't work very well either. They never replied my emails.
