I'm just now learning how to play guitar tabs and I found a note i dont know how to play it. ---2/3-- thats it

the "2" is a grace note, and you just barely let it ring long enough to hear, then the "/" is a slide up, and the "3" tells you where to end, and hold the remainder of the note. it's kind of like a scoop.
