When Brittney Spears married Kevin Federline did she have him sign a Pre-Nup? I'm just curious because I read that he is applying for tons of credit cards and is taking a loan because he figures Brittney will just pay for it since they are still married. I don't get that relationship at all but I'm just curious how stupid she was when she married him.

I remember her parents were insisting on a pre-nup. Whether or not there was one, I don't know. I just did a google search and came up with this from the time of their wedding.
Us Magazine reported that it has obtained a draft of the prenuptial agreement that states if the couple divorce, Spears will pay Federline $300,000 a year for a period of time equal to half the length of their marriage. She will have no financial obligation to his two children by a previous relationship, and any gift valued at $10,000 or more will require a legal document stating who will own it if the couple split.
