Leg lifts, squats, and weights. With 8 lb.-12lb. weights in hand do squats and lift each leg going up on squat. Switch legs each time you squat and repeat. Then do forward squat. when you walk and lunge forward with weights in hand. Then backward squat. Lunge back with weights in hand. Repeat and do these 3-4 days a week along with cardio everyday and you shall see improvement.
