Squirrels dont have a specific for he/she. A baby owl is an owlet, a female owl is an owl and a female rabbit is a doe

Nothing for owls, owls are owls, but for squirrels and rabbits it's "doe".

Rabbit - doe-hare
As about owl and squirrel. Probably the same as in wolves: she-wolf, so it will be she-owl and she-squirrel. I am not sure about this though.

In rabbits, it's a doe. I don't think owls have a specific term, but you could call them a hen, which is a generic term for any female bird. Likewise, I don't think squirrels have any special name.
