lol morally? What are you trying to purify the act of sex so that you can feel morally clean about it?
Sorry, but no. The answer is it can't be *morally better*. The only scenario I can think of right now that would fit that twisted description is if: you don't love someone and you have sex with them, it is probably better than having sex with someone whom you are pretending to love. Morally. In that situation, then THAT is probably better than loveless sex. But there was no love involved. Cheating love, then yes. Otherwise, it doesn't really make sense - unless you target the question otherwise.

Well, the answer is quite simply that sex can be morally better than love if your system of beliefs doesn't hold love to be very moral. Or holds sex to be really really moral.
This could be justified if you believed that we need to increase human population. Sex, which is the number one cause of babies, would be good. But love, which can sometimes keep you from having sex with multiple partners, would be bad.
Other possible justifications might include that the purpose of life is to attain physical pleasure, that instant gratification is better than long-term investments, or that sensuality supercedes emotion.

Sex is an extension of love.Love is in the mind. Its expression could be sex. Also,it could express hatred as well.Sex makes two bodies and minds to merge into a selfless passion, wanting to give more and more to the partner, without actually realising it.The ecstasy ,the beauty of sex lies in this when both feel a oneness.Sex is physical expression of what is in ur mind.Sex can be morally better than love when it is with ur marriage partner.Infact it could make u love ur partner more and keep u bonded.

how can sex be morally better than love? let's see... sex could just be an act of reproducing instead of joyous emotion. i mean in terms of increasing the population of the world or a certain country, sex could be seen as a moral act to bring new people into the world...

Morality? what is morality but the ebb and floe of societies whims. Sex is desire seeking fullfillment. Love is fullfillment finding itself. Sex...you can't take it with you. Love...follows you through eternity. Sex, belongs to the body, love belongs to the soul.

love and sex are too seperate, unless maybe with your spouse. Morally love conquers all, and sex is just a physical amusement that can blind itself to be confused as love.
