'it doesn't matter who you vote for, the government still gets in'
both parties are as corrupt as each other and controlled by the same people, if al gore had got into power in 2000, they would still have bombed afgahnistan / iraq / iran
we live in a one party fascist dictatorship.

That is the problem. Too many people just lump themselves in a category and don't think enough on individual subjects. Perhaps if more people did we might accomplish something. Much like when the war started and everyone was burning Dixie Chicks records because they made a comment about President Bush. At the same time others were saying it would be like another Vietnam. Perhaps there is some truth in both the statements. Maybe we should all concentrate on the problems here a little more and set an example for the world. Democrat, Republican, Liberal, Red, Blue.....all nonsense. Start really thinking about the individual issues and problems. Vote with as many facts as you can and to hell with what party it is.

Your question points out one of our country's biggest problems. To many people are blindly following each party's so called platforms and learning to hate the other side. What we need are some leaders willing to do what is good for the country for a change. I am talking about Americans caring about all Americans. Not just who will vote their way or line their pockets. I am tired of the "radical liberals" and the "radical conservatives" hating each other so much there seems to be no hope of civil progress. As for the terriost it is good that he is dead. However no real progress on terrorism aganst this country can be made untill we quit throwing our weight around the world and realize that we have no right to tell other people how to act or how to live!

I'm a Republican. I'm definately on the Right. I live in a Blue state though, California. Personally, I'm not thrilled with the Republican party's current leadership on either the state or national level. I support conservative leaders like Tom McClintock and Tom Tancredo, but not Bush and Schwarzenegger.
I'm of course happy about the death of the terrorist. I think all Americans, left or right and for or against the war should be happy that a terrorist who wants to kill us all is gone.

I am a blue dog democrat? if the only democrat on the ballot is a blue dog i am voting for it......the theory being it is still better than the alternative.
The reason is there really are only two parties. I am a progressive at heart. But there are only two parties. There are some issues which i don't back 100% but between the two parties i believe my side benifits "all" best.
They teach you are only as strong as your weakest link. For me that also applies to our society.......
As for the second part of your question. I believe in the Justice of God. As a follower of Christ i can only pray for the people he's hurt and not take joy.Revenge only begets Revenge.
Is the world better off, depends on who replaces him?

Terriost? You're a typical American...you don't even know how to spell. Anyway, I'm happy that a resistance fighter died fighting for Iraq and what he believed in. I pray that he and his family will be rewarded for their bravery and courage to stand up to the injustice that the Americans are doing to innocents on their own soil!
I hope that 1000's of fighters replace him and that the civilian killing soldiers get what's coming to them.

Purple. Mostly demacrat though. I don't see the corrolation between pollitical views and death of a terriost though. I Hopefully had lots to do with the death of terrorists while I was in Afganistan, and Iraq. They took away my four day weekend for cryingoutloud!!!!

Democrat or Republican? Heck no! Try Libertarian.
Left or Right? Heck no! Try libertarian.
Red or Blue? Heck no! What color is Libertarian?
Note: You won't get an accurate view of "what more people are" from a survey like this.
I say good riddance to AMZ, but UBL is a higher priority for me.

I am a Democrat, from the traditional Blue state of Hawaii. A left-wing thinker, but conservative in some views such as the sacrament of marriage and life (abortion). But I am in favor of capital punishment and tax-cuts for middle-class families.
