I have read all of the answers about clearing with the web site clear history,and my yahoo internet searh cleanser,but neither one of those will work to clear the regular google search window ,HELP please.

Clear your AutoFill or AutoComplete (depending on the browser)information from your preferences or tools menu. This willl clear the text that automatially pulls up "computer" when you type "c" in the google search bar.

Did you try clearing history from the Tools menu? There should also be something for clearing search history.

Click on google search bar, then clear history.

All you should have to do to clean your google history is delete your:
Cookies
History
Temp. Net Files
If your using IE for your browser just go into Tool - Internet Options and its right there. Good Luck.

double click inside the search bar.......when each come up just highlight what is inside there one at a time. then hit delete on your key board

and remove it
