I have the deep brown ones too. I use natural colors. maybe a greenish color. But go for the naturals and greens because anything to drastic makes you look like you have a cake on your face.

depends what look u r going 4. I also have dark brown eyes and during the day I use a white colour all over with a semi dark brown just in my crease( the outer corner of the eye) and I use a mac brush # 218 and use the same brown to give me a soft eye liner on top and bottom. and you will see with this basic look u can add other colors in the inner eye area ( the side that is closest to the nose) I like to use greens, some blues and during the summer I like pinks. u can stop by any makeup counter and get a free makeover as long as its not an event or weekend it should b free, i would say call a counter and go have some fun with makeup.

I also have deep brown eyes. Almay has these eyeshadows, liners, and mascara that you choose based on your eyecolor so they will definitely compliment them. They work great. There is a purplish eyeliner, brown mascara, and the eyeshadow is a light purple color with brown for the crease and a light almost white for the rest. Trust me, check it out, it works great. I have gotten a lot of compliments since I started using it.

Greens, Purples, Grays, Pinks, & Browns all look great on brown eyes.
First apply light color on lid, then darker color in the middle just before your brow bone, & then right under your eyebrow apply the same light color.

If you have beautiful brown eyes, go for green and gold eyeshadows.
These shades will look fabulous on your lids because they both
pick up the coloured flecks found in your brown eyes. Choose
something hot and shimmery and make sure to apply
all the way from your lashlines to your browbones.

Eeeeek! Stay away from blues!! Autumn tones will look very good whether it's heavy for evening or lighter for daytime wear. Don't forget that autumn colors include...purple, terracotta, greens, some mauves (yellow based)... Purple (lavendar shades) look really good for eyeliners also. Now...go and have fun experimenting!

Trust me purple eyeshadows always look good with brown eyes. I have brown eyes and that's what I wear all the time. You should try it.

my roomate has the same eyes. she looks best with some heavy eye liner, and a very light sparkly tan color on her eyes.
