I'm not sure. Although if it makes you feel better I had to create a new email account after I changed it to "i hate boys" or something like that when I was drunk and then couldn't remember in the morning!
(So perhaps try I hate boys)

Goodness, if you don't know your own password, how would we? There is usually a button or link somewhere on every account page that says 'forgot your password?" or something similiar. Look for that, and click.
