Drink a lot of water. It is the dehydration (losing of water from the body) that causes hangovers.

Drink a glass of water right when you wake up. Have a Gatorade or similar sports drink to replenish the electrolytes in your system. As above, a B12 or a B complex vitamin helps too. Also, check out the link below.
