The original Buddhism has no concept of god or the devil. It focuses on "right acts" or "right behaviors" and the concept of karma which basically means "what goes around comes around".

Buddhism in its purest sense is a life philosophy and not so much of a dogmatic religion like christianity, islam or judaism.

Once Buddhism spread to other Asian countries, different countries would put their spin on it, adding, gods, and whatever.

Buddhism in its true form adapts to whatever the indigenous culture is. So if Buddhism came into Europe instead of China when Christianity was here and they didn't burn the wee robed men, then it would be a joint mix of both including the God-Devil concept.
True, Pure New Western Buddhism does not though.

No. There are many different sects of Buddhism, each with their own concept of gods, devils, spirits, heavens, and hells. Check out A Buddhist Handbook. You can get it pretty cheap at Barnes & Noble. It will answer more questions than you knew you had on the subject.

Buddha worshiped Dhamma as in its scripture Dhamma-pada. "merely those who stay less than Dhamma will attain the position previous lack of existence" (Dhamma-pada VI:86). merely Jesus pronounces Himself as Dhamma (the reality) (John 14:6). accordingly, Budhism has a theory of God yet in a extra precis way than Christianity. In our heritage, Jesus grow to be the merely man or woman who died, rose back, ascended to Heaven, got here right down to call Paul to be His apostle. The apostles performed divine miracles contained in the call of the ascended Jesus. In His resurrection body, Jesus beamed right into a closed room without putting out the door, and beamed from one position to a distinct without delay.

From my understanding Buddha himself never talked about that stuff. it was added on by other buddhist. This usualy happens with religions. The founder teaches one thing and the followers change it after the founder dies
