Fantasies can be a healthy part of a sex life. But a fantasy is one thing, making it a reality is another. Is he just vocalizing his thoughts or is he making a suggestion/request? If the two of you are open to it, consider it well before you do it. Most of the people I hear about doing things like this say it ends in disaster. One or both of you may not be able to handle the jealousy or guilt that might come with it. Then there is the issue of suspicion, are you doing it with other men now too or could you be meeting this man without your husband? Does this mean your husband can sleep with another woman? Is it cheating if you both agree to it? Is he okay with all of this? Would you be okay with that? If this is his fantasy, is he willing to do yours? (even if it means he sleeps with a man?*smile*)
I think it is good to have a "boundaries" talk with your husband. What are the two of you willing or not willing to do to keep your sex life interesting and the relationship between you healthy? If you are will to experiment, what are the rules?
