During your shower or bath time might prove uncomfortable, but I'd assume your parents arent' in the habit of monitoring you during those moments.
The best method would probably be to take care of things at night, when your parents aren't likely to barge in to your room. Are they not allowing you much privacy?
Females will not produce any sort of discharge that would give them away (if you're worried about your laundry or bedsheets) except in the rarest of rare cases.
If your parents do not allow you to sleep with the door shut, they are clearly not affording you a sane degree of privacy.

Go up to your bedroom, when your parents are out or not in the room next door, clothes off, in front of the mirror and have fun. You can also do it in the shower, it feels so good.

umm, unless you are constantly in the same room with them 24/7 how could they possibly know??? if you have your own bedroom do it in there at night after your parents go to bed. or do it in the bathroom with the door locked.
and BE QUIET about it. lol!

I think it is difficult as well as parents sex without daughter knowing.
I guess they masturbate in shower time or strange place(such as public lavatory).
Some girls say 'I don't masturbate'. Perhaps They masturbate in bed at midnight.
