there is not requirement of 100 fares, it would do nothing but give you more money, i completed vc once without cheats, and two other times with....i got bored with video games and havent touched them in two years and i am only 16 i have too much other crap to do in the morning and work in the evening, and dont care....when you could stop woring about that and enjoy harrassing people with a screw driver, bat or hammer...have fun
