Can anyone tell me what's the difference?
And why sometimes my Samsung D600 doesn't know how to play it?

MP4 is just a short form of MPEG4. Ur model plays 3gp and mp4 format. And why some videos dont work is becos they maybe .avi or others. OR the mp4 file u r using maybe too big for the screen size. Get a nice video converter.

well Mpeg 4 is used for Ipods and Itunes. and Windows Media Player can usually play it but it skips a ton and it just gets all messed up. so im assuming that the Samsung is windows and cant play MP4.. you need to have MP3 songs


oops read it wrong... Mpeg 4 i believe is for videos. and MP4 is audio files. .. i believe
