My mom is 89 years old now, and we visit her regularly in the old age home.She understands why she is there and is as happy as she can be, except for being so inactive.There was no other choice.
She used to be very active, and now just sits around, and moves with a wheelchair.
It is sad to see the old people around her going backwards, month by month.She is turning 90 soon, what type of 'party' and gifts do we give her ? She can be taken out out in a wheelchair.
Can you guys relate to this ?

I took care of elderly in the nursing home. THEY LOV pictures. MAKE her a brag book too and wall pictures. WHEN your not there you will be there in a picture. I can relate i love elderly people. star

i'll never ever put my parents in a home 4d aged...
i luv them w/all my heart & if i have 2 stay single just 2 take care of them then i'll accept it whole heartedly
