What can I do to stop this crazy thing?

i think this goes deeper than a "crazy thing". most people that stray are unhappy in their current relationship. i think the best solution would be that you try to work on your marriage and figure out what's going on THERE before you get mixed up in something with a co-worker.
and don't be social with your co-worker outside of work AT ALL. just keep away from eachother as much as possible. infact, try to not be too friendly at work either. just be professional and only talk to him when necessary for work.

hellaaoooo... its cheating.. i think once u r in relationship u should stop seein other ppl like that.. i know it works bcuz i've tried it myself.. i dont fall to other girls now.. just one girl at a time.. its alot better to be lookin here n their for more n more like some crazy animal..
