Is there any way by which I can learn Bengali, or Kannada, or Telugu, or Marathi through the internet??? Pls... this is necessary!

probably- just google it
but studies show that it is harder as u get older to learn another language

take a class first and form a group with those folks who are willing to write with you so you can practice via the internet

You can search the web for it but I don't think you will be able to learn without proper classes
