I want to give my PCs the chance to earn some magical tattoos that have mostly positive effects. I wanted two choices: The Mark of Truth and The Mark of Freedom. For the Mark of Truth, players get always on True Seeing, but lose the ability to ever tell a lie. (They can choose not to volunteer information, but must answer direct questions fully and truthfully.) What would a similarly poetic negative be to go along wiht the Mark of Freedom, which grants Freedom of Movement? Any other ideas for similar Marks, with both positive and negative effects?

Mark of Reason: All mental abilities (wisdom, intelligence) are unrestricted by spells, but must solve any problem put to them (mentally, not necessarily by doing it). Charm would work on you, but asking you not to think about something would allow a save. Confusion would not work at all. Feeblemind would not even require a save.
Mark of Freedom: As stated, but must always approach to within 10 feet of anyone who asks for help and seems to need it (not an enemy who figures it out and says, "come here, little boy!". They don't count, as it is easy to see they are simply luring you in to do you harm).
Mark of Expression: Your emotions cannot be controlled, and thus spells like confusion work only partially, while spells that directly cause emotion (like some symbols) fail. However, the result of this is that you are empathic as well, and are always drawn to help those with a strong enough emotional response. You must save vs. spells (or some other category?) or be drawn into helping the person else be haunted and affected by their emotional state until their problem is resolved. This is a killer when faced with a child with a lost puppy.

I would likely describe some sort of delayed fatigue in direct relation to the amount of movement. There could also be some sort of elixer or potion or even another spell which cold either decrease or increase the amount of fatiigue. Get creative, perhaps the specific fatigue may even be passed to inanimate objects, or occur at totally random times. Introducing randomity increases the adventure for all!
