I ssigned up for a chronic pain group and find itt too depressing.how do I delete this grroup from my email andd add another group?

If it is a group that you joined and you don't own it just go to http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups
then click EDIT MY GROUPS, find the group you want to leave,
check it off on the right under leave group, click save changes and that is it. You should not get anymore mail from them.
To find another group just go to http://groups.yahoo.com and search for one that interests you.

you need to locking into your profile....maybe you can try this page :- groups.yahoo.com/myprefs you can access your profile and delete those groups.
