you can enjoy sex through out your entire pregnancy if it is comfortable for you. you can even buy books on the most comfortable posistion sto use. most baby info books will have a chapter on this. you must consult with your dr though if you are having a difficult or high risk pregnancy, he/she will tell you if it is wise or not for your situation. some even use sex to start labor when the due date has passed. don't worry to much that you will start an early labor if you pregnancy is normal the cervix will have a thick "plug" to close the womb opening off through the entire pregnancy. the mucous plug usually dislodges as the cervix thins and spreads in preperation for labor. just be gentle.

Ask your doctor since every pregnancy is different.
You want a laugh? My husband and I asked our doctor if it was safe to have sex (we were 3 months along) and he said, "It's fine. You want the little one to get used to hearing loud noises! The baby may even like the tossing around." I was so mortified! LOL
We were told that anytime up until delivery. But if you have a high risk pregnancy it may not be advised.
The best advice is to ask your Doctor.

Sex is fine throughout the pregnancy unless your doctor tells you otherwise. In fact, sex is good exercise for the muscles you are going to need when pushing; which is a huge workout. You just need to stick to positions that are comfortable once your stomach is in the way.

You can have sex until your water breaks. Its totally safe the entire pregnancy, unless your doctor tells you to not (high-risk situations).

you are able to have sex in the course of the most suitable month. that's a guideline to carry about puzzling artwork for a mom who's previous her due date. even as the pregnant female may sense too enormous to have sex, that's secure except she has began to dialate. accordingly, it might want to placed micro organism in there and reason an infection. different then that, you need to be ok.

I heard that there's really no month that you can't have sex, not unless there's complications or something. And I also heard that up to and during labor, sex can actually help the baby come out faster and easier.

You can have sex right up until the end. You may need to do spooning as you are further along, but it won't hurt a thing. And it will help a lot of things.
