I would like to cure bamboo so I can use it in my garden.

Other lumber usually requires air flow and protection from moisture (rain). So, it follows if you can provide these conditions-- and I have no idea where you live-- place some non moisture holding separators between your pieces-- then you wait. I don't know how to know if the bamboo is dry enough because I think it might root if still "alive."
