Who can I notify of this @%%hole who riiped me off? I want to bust him but I need to know how I can get him in trouble. Who do I notify or call? I have his cell #. I have called him but he hangs up on me. Too bad I can't afford to fly to TN to face him.

You can try to report him to EBay, but if there were disclaimers on the advertisement when you bought it, and you did not read them entirely, sadly, there's nothing you can do. Without seeing the actual auction advertisement, it's difficult to say what you can do. If he sold you something and advertised it falsely, you could actually sue him in small claims court.

Ebay should have a section where to report the ID and they handle it. Also if they still do you can be reimbursed.

Honestly it depends on the terms of the purchase. If you didn't read the fine print, it's YOUR problem.
