Chevrolet. no question. i hate fords. they just suck. the 3 fords i have had all had problems before even 100,000 miles. i have 4 chevy trucks, a 04', a 05', a 91'(with over 250,000 miles on it...still runs excellant) and a 49'(hot rod project). And chevy engines are just flat out better! they last much much longer, are much more capable, and are the most hevily supported engine by the aftermarket. And i mean ther is a reason chevy has won almost all the championships in nascar. Fords just flat out are terrible and unreliable. I never have and never will drive one. EVER.

Are you kidding me? I'd rather walk than drive a ford. One time on a five hour road trip I counted 36 ford's on the side of the road with there hoods up. Ford made a good car in the 60's and even there trucks were not that bad, but if I have somewhere to go or a load to haul, I won't even concider driving anything else than a CHEVY to GET THE JOB DONE! Got a 1970 C/10 truck it has over 500,000 miles on it , Same motor and transmission in it as the day it rolled off the line, and neither have ever been rebuilt...Ford's just can't cut it!!! Remember Fix Or Repair Daily, What does it spell FORD!!!

Chevy.... more reliable then ford..... they will take old crappy gas, run with barely any spark, and only if they are running on a couple cylinders, they will still get you there. 26 years on my caprice.... all that I need now on the original engine and trans, is a trans rebuild.....the things rolled the odometer over I don't know how many times. Ford has to supercharge or turbo they're engines to even get anything out of em.

I think you should go with chevy because of better performance and ford is made for utility and chevy is made for racing, and i have a 1973 Chevrolet El Camino and i havnt seen a car that can beat it yet......Good Luck

chevrolet stands for; Condition Hopeless Entire Vehicle Relies On Lousy Engine Technology. and; Can Hear Every Vave Rattle Oil Leaks Every Time. Best thing about chevy is when the vehicle starts to self destruct. You take it back to the dealer, and they tell you that this is normal behaviour for this model; there is nothing wrong. gm has it down.

1997 Camaro Z28 convertible, loaded with leather, chrome rims and a 5.7 LT1
2000 Mustang GT convertible, loaded with leather and a 4.6 V8
Some days it's Chevy---some days it's Ford.
