Where were you seated and share some memories of that day. Which band did you go to see, which one were you impressed by, stories of getting there and back. I can recall being seated at the side of the stage to the left of the performers just behind the infield wall. And I seem to remember it being so hot that they were employing water hoses by spraying us in the stands, and even one person being taken out on a stretcher. I went to see Led Zepplin to make up for missing their cancelled tour due to Bonzo's death. Looking forward to your recollections. Thanks.

No, I was only 5 years old when that concert went on... I had the misfortune of being in town for last years event... I imagine 85's concert was just as horrible for Philly residents as 2005's was...

No i wasnt actually but would have if i could. I was only 9years old at the time and i live on the other side of the world. But my mum purchase tthe single at the time for me and i have purchased the recent DVD set.

But i will say one thing. Tripforyou, you sound like a pathetic lonesom sole if all you can think about was how much such an event inconvenienced you and the residents, compare that to what the benefit concert was actually about and you just mite consider that the inconvenience you experienced is such a minor thing in comparison. Or maybe thats not what you are about. Shame on you for being so inconsiderate and arrogant.
