Screaming Silence, definitely. Fake I.D.s sounds really fake and juvenile to me - no mystery - Screaming Silence would definitely catch my attention and make me curious. Great name for a rock band, I think.

Honestly, they both suck.
"Screaming Silence" is to balenced, and sing-songy. To say nothing of trite. You get 3 sylables TOPS.
"Fake I.D.s" is the better of the two from a phonetic and memorable standpoint, but it too is rather trite, and lacking any sort of intrest.
At least neither of them sound like an ice cream flavor, so you have that going for you.
