If we create a movie in flash it will display only in the stage area on a web browser. in some ads, like pepsi and others in yahoo, some times they overlap on other page elements in the web browser. how can i create these type of irregular shaped flash movies? which program should i use for these?

IMPOSSIBLE flash will always overlay other element due to it being the last thing loaded, you can cover things up with it like ads but you will probably be breaking terms and conditions if you cover up ads, so watch out, sorry but flash can not be transparent, it sucks

I think that you can create the flash movie and put it in a div tag with absolute positioning, that way, you can get it in any place on the html page. And, in the html, set it to transparent, so it looks "irregular shaped".
