Definately. Being in bad company is a waste of time, unless you can learn patience and tolerance from it, whereas being alone gives you an opportunity to relax, think things over and day dream without some annoying voice in your ear to distract you.

id rather be alone any time than to be in bad company .
all to often have been ,and it doesnt bother me at all to be alone .
but being with people that are bad bothers me very quickly
