If you are legally married, then no, you are not committing a crime.
Marriage is the ONLY consistant legal defense for statutory rape.
You should should probably be ashamed of yourself unless you're also underage, but while it's crazy and usually wrong to be married to a fourteen year old, the marriage license makes it legal.

I'm sorry is the question you are Married to a 14 yr old? And can you go to jail for that? or was it your married,and you are cheating with a child? i think that could make you a child predator.

Does her parents know because if they don't you are in deep s**** how can you do that you are old enough to know what going on but poor girl she is only 14. What happen to you did you take any drugs before you do that this doesn't sound good.
Just please let her go to enjoy life she got another 100 years to live may be you don't.

Yes. You can not only go to jail- you can go to prison. Prisons are full of people like yourself. You could spend a big chunk of your life there and you would not like it.
