How can you check someones Ip address from an E-mail or from a chatroom?

And Will that IP Address tell me what City They Are in ??
Break it down for me in simple terms if you can..I'm not very good at "Computor stuff" thanks :-)

well lets say that u want to see the ip address of the person that send u an email,also lets suppose that u are using yahoo
when u are viewing the message that u want to find the ip, go to the bottom right of the screen and u will see the option Full Headers
click at full headers and u will see some options that they will appear at the message header

Download email tracker pro, is a program that will present u the exact place in the world in a map, of the place that the message came from(u can also do it in command prompt but it doesnt look as good as that), install email tracker and follow the instructions. Just copy -paste the header details in email tracker and thats it...........download the free trial version

now to find the place of the ip from someone from a chatroom just copy their ip in visula route that u will download from the same web page that u get email tracker,pass the ip to visual route and thats it!!!

What you'll be able to get through IP deal with: nation, vicinity, state, town, lat/lengthy, timezone, zip/postal code, ISP, mobilephone community service..and so on. I do not suppose you'll be able to get username and password from and IP deal with, no less than at this second.
