Congratulations on your pregnancy! Enjoy it, you don't get to have this experience more than a couple of times!
I was exactly the same way, I had a previous miscarriage, and was worried about going through the emotional pain of it again. I did however learn something from having my miscarriage, that I would rather have had the joy that the baby bought to my life for the short time that it was in this world, than to have never experienced that joy at all.
I am now 15 weeks pregnant, and I do still worry about having a miscarriage. I think it's normal for every woman to have a certain amount of uncertainty, although if it is really bothering you, perhaps you could speak to your doctor about having an ultrasound. Once you have an ultrasound, and it shows a normal and healthy baby with a strong heartbeat, your chance of having miscarriage is dramatically decreased. It goes from being a 20-25% chance to being an only 10% chance. This is because you rule out a blighted ovum pregnancy which causes 60-80% of all first trimester miscarriages, as well as rarer complications such as either an ectopic or molar pregnancy.
For me, it was a lot easier to worry less when I hit the twelve week mark. When you reach 12 weeks into pregnancy, your chance of having a miscarriage goes down to about 3%. That is only 3 women in every 100 who will lose a baby in their second trimester.

Do you have any reason to actually worry (i.e. have you had miscarriages before)? If not, don't let the fear of something that more than likely won't happen ruin this wonderful time in your life! I was the same way...I worried CONSTANTLY during my first trimester about every little thing I could think of. After the first trimester, when the risk of miscarriage is greatly lessened, I calmed down quite a bit. I still worried, just not as much. With my second pregnancy, I did the same thing, only it wasn't as bad.
If you are at risk of miscarriage, you should call your doctor and express your concerns with him, and have him do bloodwork to measure your hcg levels, and possibly give you and early ultrasound.
This is a wonderful time in your life...try to stay calm, not worry, and have FUN!

Look every pregnancy is hard. Even when it's fun. I loved being pregnant the attention the cravings you can satisfy in the name of the baby wants it....oh it was great. Here's the thing even then I was worried threw out my completely normal pregnancy that something was wrong. That's not healthy for baby so go shopping look at all the cute things your gonna buy and just enjoy being pregnant.

Yes! Watching an historical "Twilight Zone" of a man going again to 1927 I felt blissful seeing the Roaring '20's and listening to the tune and looking the blissful men and women, however cried considering how unhappy it used to be 1929 will come and damage the whole thing FUN from then.

You should try to relax, because feeling so stressed out can actually increase your risk of a miscarriage. Just stay calm, and if it's God's will, then you and your baby will be fine.
