its people with attitudes like that is half the reason why music today is utter crap no offense. its meant to come from the heart and soul you shouldnt need to ask questions and just let it flow and do what comes natural but this is only if you have the talent to do that which is a rarity these days.

ok i write songs but not RnB i write rock like songs... so you should try and look at the lyrics of an RnB artist that you like and go with their format... also if no on has ever told you there is no exact correct way to make any song... a song is a song no one can give you an exact answer that will most likely fit ur question... i luv music.... hope i helped.

first you take some rhythm, bmm shhk bmm bmm , then you add a lil' blues ,bmm shhk bmm bmm tsshhk.
then you add some lyrics, tssk bmm bmm shhk, and you got an RnB song
