thats called not a real tattoo artist. real artist draw on you first, then tattoo it on. people that do tattoo's just use like a lick it and stick it stamp thing, they are not "artist". somebody like Cartoon is a tattoo artist, you can look at his web page, he is the tattoo artist to the rich and famous.
