I work a lot on the computer too - I mean 10-16 hours a day. My back used to kill me, my arm (mouse arm) would sometimes get num. My eyes are getting worse, etc. I can continue... But - with the back problem - I got myself a laptop and do not sit in the office chair anymore. I do not have back pain and my arm is not getting num anymore.

I had similar problems doing graphic design work until I switched to a trackball and got an exercise ball as a chair. I also have coworkers who prefer to use the stylus on a tablet instead of a mouse, it helps them.

you need to reverse the actions that cause the problem try free floating in heatted pool or hang up side down till you totally relax
