Yes, you can wear them if they don't have a prescription. Wearing the sort with a prescription lens to them can be dangerous because they can damage your (assumingly good) vision.
I wanted green eyes for a party I was going to and I ordered them from this site http://trycolorcontacts.stores.yahoo.net
Just be sure that you select 0.0 Plano for both eyes (left and right) that's the non-prescriptive strength.
Also, you'll have to put in a doctor's name and phone number. I used my dentist's name and number, but you can probably just make one up, especially since they aren't going to have a prescription to them.

Definetely, you should go to any eye place (if there is a walmart around you, they have the best prices-like 30 dollars a box), and without a prescription you will only need to get one box (since your eyes are the same) so it will be cheaper than if u did have an eye problem...anyway, yah you can.

You can't by contacts with out a RX even colored ones, but I do know this web site that sell them without one. www.faketickers.com and they cost $16 a pair. Make sure you clean them every day.

Yes, the non-prescription ones are called "planos". You absolutely MUST know how to clean and care for them though. There's no sense in damaging your eyes for fashion.

BE WISE AND CAREFUL WHEN BUYING THESE OTC CONTACTS FROM VARIOUS STORES.EVEN THOUGH THEY'RE FASHIONABLE RIGHT NOW,YOUR EYES HAVE TO LAST YOU THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.TRY CONSULTING WITH AN OPTOMETRIST AT THE LOCAL MALL OR SUCH TO GAIN SOME INSIGHT ON THEM AND THEN MAKE YOUR DECISION.
