In league soccer it is 11 players each team, though for the young kids it is only 9. Only 5 Substitutes for each team.

If you mean Association football (soccer), 11 players on the field. I'm not sure how many substitutes.

Eleven play in the field. They have five substitution players. But the are only allowed three substitution per team. (Unless playing a friendly game where they are allowed six or seven depending if both coaches have considered it)
