Not necessarily. It likely means you both want to make out with someone and each other's face is simply the face that comes to mind in the dream. But in reality it could be someone else, entirely- someone who neither of you knows, yet.

I don't think it means anything. Me and a good friend had a similar experience. I dreamt one nite we got intimate. I told him about it and about a week later he said he had a similiar dream. We are not interested in each other. He is happily married with 5 kids and I am engaged to a wonderful man.
Sometimes you just dream weird things. I wouldn't worry about it to much.

You might have a subconscious sexual interest in your friend. But don't read too much into it. Sometimes when you are close to someone and you spend a lot of time with them, you start to almost regard them as a gf/bf. It needn't mean that you want to "get it on" with them. But only you truly know the answer to this. Have you had some sexual interest in your friend?

not always its that ur mind twists that last thoughts that went through ur head wen u fell asleep but only if u really do like each other then it might make a bit more sense of y u were thinking of eachother right before u drifted off
