I would think so, yes. Hmmmm.... maybe some people out there aren't as faithful as they think, no?

Yes in a way. Faith is something personal which includes sometimes feeling doubt, dogmatism is when you're convinced of your own "rightness" and want to convince everyone that yours is the only truth.

faith: "something that is believed especially with strong conviction"

Not necessarily. They are not mutually exclusive. I think it depends on the person. Many have faith in the absurd.
Many are dogmatic about something that turns out to be true.
