You might have a pinched nerve in your neck. Go see a chiropractor.

Call a doctor or a family friend to come and take you to hospital. That is not normal to happen for that long. If your hand has not been getting any circulation for of\ver 2 hrs then you could be suffering from some tissue & muscle death in your hand because of it. There may be a blockage in an artery in your arm. Please GO AND GET HELP!!

Well you should consult a doctor , rather than looking for doctors in Yahoo answer . Please dont waste time , If you feel numbness in hand , go to a doctor , have your checkup .
