I have 20/20 vision so I dont wear contacts or glasses, but every couple of weeks my left eye itches like crazy for a few days (I try to ignore it..theres nothing in there). Also I dont think I have dry eye cause I can cry when Im upset. I dont have any allergies either. Its a minor inconvienece so I dont want to go to the doctors..but this has only started about a year ago and no other problems come with it just one itchy eye.

You may be able to cry when you are upset but that has nothing to do with whether or not your eye is dry. I suggest buying some eye drops to start off with then if that doesn't work, go see the eye doctor. It may be nothing but it's worth taking the time to be sure. Your sight is valuable to you, is it not?

You should go get your eyes checked incase you have pressure behind your eye. Itching on the body usually means healing or cellular healing of some sort. It could just be a nasty nerve causing you problems. Some people develop sneezing for example for no reason and sneeze constantly...not due to a cold or germ. It is a mental impairment of usually a nerve damage or part of the brain neurons are misfiring. Which is the same as nerve. I would make sure you don't have something happening behind the eye scene. Glacoma or something to that effect. Sometimes prevention is worth a pound of cure especially if you catch it early.

Someone who itches all over should seek medical care. Because itching can be caused by such a wide variety of triggers, a complete physical exam and medical history will help diagnose the underlying problem. A variety of blood and stool tests may help determine the underlying cause.

Could be an allergy, could be dry eye still, try drinking way more water on those days when it's getting itchy and see if it stops. Otherwise, I have no idea what it is.
