We all have times like this, sometimes you just need someone to listen to you, sometimes you should see a doctor, especially if you're feeling self destructive. For some people even the seasons changing have this type of affect on them, I wish that I could give you a straight answer as to how to help, but all I can provide are distractions...sometimes just writing out what is bother you can help, for me, playing video games takes my mind off of what's going on, read, listen to music, do something that you wouldn't normally do just to break your routine that may be dragging you down, maybe even do volunteer work. It's not abnormal to feel depressed at times, but try to work through it the best you can and realize that in the big picture, it's not that bad...and if all else fails, consult a doctor.

Not to sound gross or anything, but this wouldn't be happening around the time of your menstrual cycle, would it? I get emotional right before I have mine sometimes every month. If you find it isn't that, I would go to the doctor. I sounds like depression. Lots of people have it. It doesn't make you a bad person. It just means that you're missing a chemical in your brain. I bet if you go to your doctor and tell him what is wrong and you go to a therapist, he might give you something for this and you just might start to feel better. But your doctor knows you best. Talk to him about what's going on. Don't keep going on like this. It isn't healthy!

Hey there...could just be hormones, you know? Best thing you can do for yourself is to get off your rear end and go get busy doing some volunteer work. Get your eyes off yourself. You'll feel SO much better, I promise! Here's a good place to start:
www.volunteermatch.org
If you are feeling really bad and need help, please call this number. They are there to listen:

NOTHING can separate you from the love of God. "Neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." If we can't be separated from God and His love, we can't be separated from God's joy, God's protection, God's goodness, etc. Lay claim to all the good God has in store for you, then acknowledge it, own it, and be grateful for it. Gratitude is a very healing thing. Count your blessings. When we count our blessings, we become so aware of how really good we have it. It keeps the pity party to a minimum and the "bad day" experience will be put behind you.

I would just file it away as a bad day and start anew on Saturday. The great thing about starting a new day is that it's brandnew and as bad as Friday might have been, Saturday can be a great day.

well, i believe we all have days, or periods of time in our lives where we feel like this...we don't know who to turn to we are hurt, confused, scared and we're not really sure what of or what about...everyone deals with this in their own way, you have God which is good that no matter what you always feel you will have Him to turn to...i feel sometimes overwhelmed for no reason at all and sad or confused about nothing...sometimes scared of just tomorrow...for no reason...we all need people to talk to, find a way to vent and relax and to de-stress yourself for your own sake
