Ok since you are sorta dark anyway and you work outside i would prob recommend that you def use some type of sunscreen with 30spf. This will block out all the UV rays. If you can find a good one that blocks out all the UVA and UVB rays you will be much better off. Since your skin is already dark it is pretty hard to lighten it up but you can scrub yourself to death in the shower and that will help take some of the dead skin off that you got from your sun exposure. Dark skin isn't bad..might not be the greatest for your health if it is cause you were out in the sun. Good luck and I hope this helps you.

Don't do it! You are beautiful just the way you are. Nobody is ever happy with the way they look - they want to be darker, lighter, thinner, have a better chest, have different hair, etc. People should be happier with themselves as they are.
However... I always reccomend good skin care to prevent cancer and other skin problems. I have had good success with constant hat-wearing and loads of sunblock. I have far fewer wrinkles than most people my age - and that's one sign of less sun damage.
You're dark and beautiful! Don't worry so much!

Any cream, lotion, or makeup with spf 40 or higher should protect you from the sun, and eventually you will naturally lighten. Try to always wear some kind of sunblock, that is your only guarantee.

make sure you put on 30+SPF sunblock before going outside, wear loose shirts with long sleeves. Wear a hat. That should be it.

WHY would you want to? Just put on some sun block and worry about skin cancer. Dark skin is beautiful, and I'm sure you are as well.

Aside from staying inside, or using makeup, you could also use skin bleach.
But I'd highly reccomend against it since it damages your skin.
