cuz you really are into him and they aren't a couple per say they are just screwing each other how do i get him to stop?

but she is only using him.... she isn't doing it for the right reasons

The problem is that you want it both ways - you say you are concerned about him as a friend because she is wrong for him, but you are also jealous because you are into him.
Realize that you are not objective, and your reaction is connected toward your feelings. But if you are not prepared to tell him how you really feel, then accept your role as "just a friend" and support his choices. Just understand that if you cannot be honest about how you feel, your friendship will be limited.
