no it is considered Necrophilia Nerco from the greek for corpse and Philia Love of
Necrophilia, also called thanatophilia and necrolagnia, is a paraphilia characterized by a sexual attraction to corpses. The word is artificially derived from Ancient Greek: νεκρός (nekros; "corpse," or "dead") and φιλία (philia; "love"). The term appears[1] to have originated from Krafft-Ebing's 1886 work Psychopathia Sexualis.[2]
Figuratively, the term "necrophilia" describes an inordinate desire to control another person, usually in the context of a romantic or interpersonal relationship; the accusation is that the person is so interpersonally controlling as to be better-suited to relationships with nonresponsive people

Who kept a dead whore in a cave,
Said: "I know I'm a sh_t :
That I freely admit!
But look at the money I save!"

If you don't have permission it is still rape. It's just called necrophilia when they are dead.

No, it's considered necrophilia.. which is just as bad.
However, you should check carefully and make sure the person is actually dead, and not just my ex-wife.

I guess the dead person isn't suffering from the effects of the assault.
It's considered repulsive, reprehensible, disgusting, immoral, and just plain creepy.
