Stress is the most common form of restriction. For just 2 days, that is a hard one to guess but I would have to go with some form of stressful situation in your life. Hope this helps!!

Menopause and also alot of things, like stress, harmones, etc. have your doctor give you a harmone test. If you are sexually active possibilty of pregnancy could be a reason.
